What is your return policy for home equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight and sensitivity of the machinery, a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are the machines compatible with standard home electrical outlets?
